1 - INSCRIPTIONS

Les inscriptions clubs sont fermées.

Vous pourrez ajouter ou retirer des concurrents autant de fois que vous le souhaitez et ce, jusqu’au 30 avril 2025 dernier délai.

2 - REDUCTIONS

Once all registrations have been confirmed, we will apply a discount according to the following criteria:
Vendoman: -10% per entry for this event if the number of entries exceeds 5,
L Individual: - 10% per entry in this event if the number of entries exceeds 7,

SWIMBIKE L: - 10% per entry in this event if the number of entries exceeds 7
M individual: - 10% per entry in this event if the number of entries exceeds 7
S individual: - 10% per entry in this event if the number of entries exceeds 7
XS and Relay S,M,L: no discount

Kids races: FREE

An additional 5% discount on each entry is applied if the club enters 50 people or more in the VENDOMAN, L, M, S and SWIMBIKE L events.

3 - BILLING

A global invoice is prepared and sent to the club after the organization of the coteaux du Vendômois triathlon. The invoice is produced from an image of the participants who took part in the events. In this way, we are able to invoice as accurately as possible, without prejudicing the clubs.
